The entry offer

Vendor Workflow Assessment

Every engagement starts here. It is a paid piece of work with a defined deliverable, not a sales call with a document attached. If the assessment concludes you should keep what you already have, that is a legitimate outcome and you will get it in writing.

$750 flat — credited against implementation when you proceed.

What you receive

  1. 01

    Active-vendor count and cleanup estimate

How many vendors you actually have, after duplicates, inactive records, and one-time suppliers are separated out.

  2. 02

    Current document inventory

What is on file today, where it lives, and what is missing against the requirement list you define.

  3. 03

    Upcoming-expiration profile

What expires in the next 30, 60, 90, and 180 days, and how that volume distributes across the year.

  4. 04

    Process map

How a document currently gets requested, received, filed, and noticed — including the steps that only happen when a specific person remembers.

  5. 05

    Staff-time estimate

Hours a month this consumes, based on the information you supply, valued using published federal administrative-wage data rather than a number we invented.

  6. 06

    Existing-software assessment

What you already own, what it can do, and whether operating it properly would be cheaper than hiring us.

  7. 07

    Exception-volume estimate

How many items a month would land in an exception report, and roughly how many would need a decision from you.

  8. 08

    Proposed operating model

The specific workflow we would run: request cadence, escalation rules, reporting, and where your broker sits in it.

  9. 09

    Preliminary pricing

Which tier you land in and why, with the implementation range.

  10. 10

    Implementation plan

The sequence and timeline for the first 30 to 60 days, if you proceed.

Assessments are prepared from the data you supply by our operating team, with owner-level review of the proposed workflow design before delivery.

How it runs

  1. 01

    You send the request

The form below. A coordinator reviews it and replies within one business day.

  2. 02

We confirm fit before taking money

If you are below the minimum, or software you already own would serve you better, we say so instead of selling you an assessment.

  3. 03

    Structured intake

You provide a vendor list, a sample of documents on file, and access to whatever system holds them today. A coordinator schedules a short working call at that point — not before.

  4. 04

    Delivery

The assessment is delivered as a written document within ten business days of complete intake, and walked through in one call if you want that.

The credit

If you proceed to implementation within 90 days of delivery, the full assessment fee is credited against your implementation invoice. If you don't, you keep the document and owe nothing further — there is no renewal, no subscription, and no automatic next step.

Requests only, for now

Checkout is not open yet. Assessments are booked by request while insurance, entity formation, and attorney review of these materials are completed — see the launch checklist for what has to be true before this page takes payment.

Request a Vendor Workflow Assessment

Tell us how your vendor documents work today. A coordinator reviews every request and replies within one business day — either with next steps and a scheduling link, or with a straight answer that we are not your best option.

⟦FORM_ENDPOINT⟧ — this form is not connected to a provider yet. Set FORM_ENDPOINT in site.config.ts (Formspree or Tally) before launch; see docs/LAUNCH-CHECKLIST.md.

Documents you track today

Response within one business day.

We collect only what we need to tell you whether we're a fit: your name, work email, company, role, and a few facts about your vendor documents. We'll reply by email within one business day. If you ask to receive occasional updates, every message includes our postal address and a working unsubscribe link — you can opt out at any time. Postal address: ⟦MAILING_ADDRESS⟧.
