This is what arrives every month: status counts across your vendor file, every exception with how long it has been open, the items waiting on a decision from you, and a plain-language summary of what changed. Built here with fictitious data for "Sample Client LLC."
What's in it
- A summary block: active vendors, sites, documents on file, requests sent, documents received.
- Status counts across the full V4 status vocabulary — factual labels only.
- The exception table: vendor, site, document, expiration date, status, days open, and what we did.
- A client decision queue: the specific items that need a call from you or your broker, with the contact history attached.
- A plain-language summary paragraph, so the report is legible to someone who wasn't in the weeds.
We'll email you the PDF and follow up once. That's the whole sequence.
