Brokers & partners

We administer the documents. You keep the advisory relationship.

If you're a broker, a bookkeeper, a fractional operations consultant, or an association serving multi-site organizations, this page is the whole pitch.

The boundary, first

We are not an insurance agency, broker, or advisor, and we don't want to become one. We never quote, never place, never recommend coverage, and never opine on whether a certificate satisfies anything. Every interpretation question that reaches us — from a client, a vendor, or a vendor's agent — is routed to the client's broker. In practice that means questions come to you with the document and the history already assembled.

What this looks like for a broker

  • Your client stops asking you to chase their vendors' certificates, which was never billable work for you anyway.
  • When a real coverage question surfaces, it arrives with the document, the requirement list, and the correspondence attached — not as a forwarded email chain.
  • Renewal requests go to issuing agencies in a consistent format, which reduces the volume of malformed certificate requests your service team fields.
  • Your client's file is organized when an audit request lands, which makes you look good without costing you hours.

Referrals

We're building the referral arrangement deliberately rather than improvising it. Compensation terms are not published here: any arrangement involving a licensed broker has to be documented in writing and reviewed before we describe it publicly, and we would rather leave this section thin than describe an arrangement that hasn't been cleared. Tell us about your book, and we'll tell you exactly where that stands when we reply.

What we can commit to today: we don't contact your client outside the scope you introduce us into, we identify ourselves as a document administration service, and we route every insurance question back to you.

Clients worth introducing

  • Multi-site operational organizations — dental and outpatient groups, multi-facility nonprofits, private schools, franchise operators — with roughly 25 to 100 active vendors.
  • Organizations where one administrator informally owns vendor documents on top of another job.
  • Clients who bought a credentialing platform and never adopted it.
  • Clients facing an accreditation, franchisor, lender, or board audit with a disorganized file.
